1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Claistore, you agree to these terms. If you use Claistore for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept the terms for that organization.

2. The service

Claistore provides software for connecting approved AI clients to WordPress and WooCommerce operations. Features may include store authorization, scoped tools, staff permissions, usage reporting, and activity records.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Use only stores, accounts, and data you are authorized to access.
  • Keep administrator accounts, keys, and connected clients secure.
  • Review agent outputs before enabling consequential write actions.
  • Comply with privacy, consumer, employment, tax, payment, and ecommerce laws that apply to your operation.
  • Do not use the service to disrupt systems, bypass controls, or access data unlawfully.

4. AI output and automated actions

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You remain responsible for the instructions, providers, models, tools, permissions, approvals, and business decisions used in your workspace. High-impact actions such as refunds, payment changes, bulk deletion, tax changes, or customer communications require appropriate human review.

5. Third-party services

Claistore interoperates with services such as WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting providers, payment services, and AI providers. Those services are governed by separate terms. Their availability, pricing, and behavior are outside Claistore control.

6. Software licenses

Any Claistore code released under a separate software license remains governed by that license. These service terms do not replace an applicable software license.

7. Availability and changes

The project may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Preview and experimental capabilities may be incomplete and should not be relied upon for critical operations without independent safeguards.

8. Disclaimers

Claistore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a specific commercial purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claistore contributors and maintainers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the software or service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Claistore at any time and should revoke connected store credentials and client keys. Access may be suspended for security risk, unlawful use, abuse, or material violation of these terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the official Claistore support channel shown in the service. Never include store credentials, customer information, or other secrets in a support request.
