How it works

Connect your store.
Let AI do the work.

Go from a fresh workspace to AI running real tasks in five simple steps — all from your browser, with you deciding what the AI can touch.

The three pieces

WordPress, WooCommerce, and MCP.

Claistore sits in the middle. It holds your store keys, keeps them off the AI, and only exposes the actions you allow.

WordPress

Your content side. Claistore connects with an application password and the WordPress REST API to read and write posts, pages, media, and SEO fields.

WooCommerce

Your commerce side. Claistore connects with WooCommerce API keys to handle products, orders, customers, and coupons — with the exact access you approve.

MCP

The bridge to AI. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a shared standard that lets AI apps use outside tools. Claistore runs an MCP server that turns your allowed store actions into tools the AI can call.

In short: your store connects to Claistore, Claistore connects to your AI over MCP, and every task runs with your rules and shows up in your activity log.

01

Open the portal and sign in

Create your workspace in the browser. There's nothing to install and no code to write.

  • Do this step as a WordPress administrator.
  • Check the store and workspace name before you continue.
02

Connect WordPress

Add your site address and a WordPress application password. Claistore uses the standard WordPress REST API to work with your posts, pages, media, and SEO — it never sees your admin login.

03

Connect WooCommerce

Add your store and approve a set of WooCommerce API keys. Claistore uses the WooCommerce REST API for products, orders, customers, and coupons. Choose read-only for reporting or read/write to let AI make changes.

04

Choose what the AI can do

Open Team in the portal and turn on only the tools each person or agent should have: products, orders, customers, coupons, refunds, media, or settings. Everything is off until you allow it.

  • Do this step as a WordPress administrator.
  • Check the store and workspace name before you continue.
05

Connect your AI over MCP

Copy your workspace MCP link and create a key you can revoke anytime. Paste both into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any app that speaks MCP. The AI now sees only the tools you allowed.

Start small

Begin with a read. Add writes later.

Connect your store, ask the AI to list your products, and check the activity log. Turn on actions that change data only once your team is comfortable with how it works.
